We formed SLA Recruiting when our school in Korea, SLA English Academy, started growing and asked us to help them find teachers. They believe that since we have worked and lived in Korea for some time, we are suited to finding new teachers that would thrive in their schools. We also feel that we are able to prepare teachers for working in their schools and adapting to life as we have done it successfully ourselves. At SLA Recruiting we understand that for a teacher to excel they need to be prepared for teaching and living in Korea. For this reason, our focus is not on getting you to sign the contract, but is giving you the knowledge and advice to ensure that your placement is a great fit.
